OK, I have to be honest. I thought this movie sucked enormous pretentious A-level film-student cliche balls. And I AM a pretentious (undergraduate) film student cliche. Way too long, totally predictable, completely vanilla and unremarkable and about as shameful as a fifteen year old boy’s second wank of the day. Plus, I just don’t find a dull sex scene accompanied by minimalist piano music remotely groundbreaking or provocative. I really liked the Fassbender/Mulligan relationship but I saw where it was headed very early on :/
There, I have put an opinion on the internet.

Don’t call Bach minimalist!
